Privacy Disclosure


Rate Policy- Equipment Department

Minimum Rate- Any 4 hour period during store’s open hours.
The maximum hours allowed on the hour meter 4.

Overnight Rate- Pick up after 4pm and return the following morning before 8:30 am.

Day Rate- Any 24 hour period preceded and followed by a work day. The maximum hours allowed on the hour meter is 8.

Weekly Rate- Based on 7 days in your possession with no more than 40 hours on the hour meter. You are charged for only 4 days out of 7 days. Trucks are the exception. There is no weekly rate available for trucks.

Monthly Rate- Based on 28 days in your possession with no more than 160 hours on the hour meter. You will be charge for only 3 weeks out of 4 weeks.

Weekends- All equipment rented Saturday morning must be back prior to closing that day. Failure to do so will result in your being charged for Sunday also. Any equipment rented 1 hour prior to closing on Saturday will be at the one day rate, provided it is returned Monday morning prior to 8 am.

Holidays- Please call our rental desk for pricing.

Overtime- All overtime will be rounded up to the next time period and/or pro-rated.

Prices- The prices quoted in this book do not reflect Sales Tax, Equipment Protection Charges or Pennsylvania Truck & Trailer Use Tax, if applicable. Those fees would be in addition to the rental fees listed.

Day Rate- Any 24 hour period or event.

Weekly Rate- Please call our Party Department for pricing.

Monthly Rate-Please call our Party Department for pricing.

Weekends- Depending on availability, items can be picked up on Friday   and returned on Monday.

Holidays- Please call our Party Department for pricing.

Overtime- Additional costs may apply.

Prices- The prices quoted may not reflect Sales Tax or Equipment Protection. Not all Party Items are subject to Equipment Protection charges. Those fees would be in addition to the rental fees listed. Prices may change without notice.

Cancellation Policy-                                                                           Tents: Cancel 14 days or more prior to set-up, there is a 10% charge. Cancel 7-13 days prior to set-up, there is a 25% charge. Cancel 6 days or less prior to set-up, there is a 50% charge.                                                                                                                   Tables, Chairs, Linens, Moonbounce, Frozen Drink Machine, Chocolate Fountain (this list is subject to change without notice): Cancel 6 days or less to the delivery/pick up date, there is a 50% charge.

Store Policy- Equipment  & Party Departments

I.D. Required- Two (2) forms of identity are required. They may include Driver’s License, Credit Card, Military ID, Draft Card, Passport or Employment ID Badge.

Minimum Age- You must be at least 18 years of age to rent equipment and 21 years of age to rent trucks.

Deposit- A deposit is required on all rental items at the time of rental. This can be in the form of cash, a check that is signed but with an open amount, or a major credit card. For cash deposits, the amount will exceed the rental rate with the difference returned to the customer when the equipment is returned in proper condition.

Returned Checks- There is a $40.00 charge for all checks, regardless of the reason. You are responsible to replace the check with cash, money order or certified bank check within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in further collection efforts. You will be responsible for all court charges incurred.

24 Hour Emergency Number- Should you, at any time during your rental, experience a problem with the equipment, you must call our 24 hour emergency number: 610-496-1295. Failure to do so will forfeit any right to an applicable refund and/or adjustment to your charges.

Equipment Protection Charge- A mandatory 10% of rental (Equipment Protection Charge) will be added to most rental equipment. This charge enables the customer to be liable for the deductible portion of insurance only. Equipment that does not charge an Equipment Protection Fee leaves the responsibility for replacement costs completely on the customer. There are exclusions to coverage of the Equipment Protection Policy. See store sales representative for details.

Delivery/Pick-up- We will deliver and pick-up equipment for a fee over and above the rental rate. All deliveries are subject to a minimum one day rate. Upon completion, it is the customer’s responsibility to call for pick-up. Failure to do so could result in additional charges.

Returned Equipment- It is the customer’s responsibility to return equipment with fluid levels refilled and equipment in a clean condition. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

Privacy Disclosure

At times, General Rental Sales & Service (GRSS) will request personal information from you in order to provide you with our products and services. This information may include, but is not limited to, name, address, phone numbers, credit card information, driver’s license number and e-mail address. Personally identifiable information is collected for the sole purpose of providing the requested products and services. GRSS will use the provided information to complete the transaction. GRSS will not provide personally identifiable information to any third party, without your consent, except to those needed to complete the transaction or when unlawful activity is suspected. GRSS will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss, and from unauthorized access or disclosure. GRSS will take all reasonable steps to destroy any personal information that is no longer needed.
