Instructions & Guidelines for Use

1. Wash & Rinse the unit prior to its use.
2. Pre-heating interior with hot water will improve heat retention. Place pan or bowl with hot water and let sit in unit with door closed until ready to fill.
3. Pre-chilling interior with ice will improve cold retention. Place pan or bowl with ice and let sit in unit with door closed until ready to fill. You can also place entire unit in a freezer to chill.
4. Load container to its maximum capacity, make sure gasket is in place. Close door and lock in position.
5. For maximum temperature retention, once food is in place, do not open door until ready to serve.
6. Clean after every use, using a mild dish detergent, only. Rinse thoroughly.
