Frozen Drink Machine

Instructions & Guidelines For Use

Bunn Unit

1.     The machine is very heavy. Be sure to place it on a very sturdy surface.

2.     Before adding the drink mix to the containers, be sure they are tightly snapped into place. If they are not, the liquid will come out.

3.     If using outside on a hot, humid day- be aware that it could prevent the mix from freezing completely. Do not leave machine outside in the rain.

4.     If adding alcohol to the mix, be aware that this could prevent the mix from freezing completely.

5.     All the controls for the machine are in the drawer on the front of the machine. All buttons are clearly marked, with separate controls for the right and left containers.

6.     Turn machine on. Be sure the “day/night” button is pushed into place. The “day” control will produce ice. The “night” control will allow the mix to stay cold but not ice up.

7.     Fill the containers with the mix. Note the “min” & “max” levels on the side of the container. Each side will hold about 3.5 gallons of mix. As the level goes down, if you like, add more mix a little at a time.

8.     Turn on the auger for each side and be sure the “ice” button is on “ice”.

9.     Allow about 1.5 hours to completely freeze the mix.

10. Enjoy!!!

11. After your event, empty the containers. Be sure they are still snapped into place. Fill each container with water and let the auger rotate to clean the mix from the machine. Empty by using the front handles. Repeat if needed. Wipe any access mix and water from the containers.

12.  If using the half gallon container of mix, add 2 gallons of water. If using the gallon container of mix, add 4 gallons of water. Remember: the machine only holds about 3.5 gallons of mix at a time.
